I love Novo! It’s so fun and very challenging. I already feel like I’m in better shape after 1 week.
I always look forward to classes at Novo each week because the instructors are always encouraging us to push ourselves and that we are stronger than we think and can do anything we put our mind to!
I can’t say this enough…when you walk in it’s like an immediate “Welcome Home”. They believe in you more than you believe in yourself.
The staff is so friendly! Clean, and all my classes have been excellent!
