It has been so much fun. I have done 5 different classes so far and they have all been great and very different

My favorite class is Arm and Abs! It’s upbeat, motivating, and the perfect mix of cardio and strength. The energy in the room keeps you pushing the whole time, and you leave feeling strong and accomplished every single workout. Highly recommend!
