I have only joined the Novo Family 5 days ago. It has been a great experience for me. I have some limitations with my right foot and ankle. The instructors have been very supportive and offered alternative positions to accommodate my right foot. One suggested I wear tennis shoes and that helped tremendously. Novo is my escape from life. I love the workouts, staff, members here. The environment is so welcoming. Every single class is top tier. I always say “that is the best class I’ve taken” every class I take it that makes sense lol. If you are a woman wanting to workout but do not want to lift weights and ride on the treadmill like a hamster, try this place out! It’s good for the mind, body, and soul! This studio is worth every penny. They offer discounts for discounts for military, students, and teachers!
Novo is awesome! I have been a member for several years now and still love it as much as I did when I first started. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. The workouts are varied, tough, and fun! There are tons of classes to choose from and the community there is top notch!
I LOVE this place! The ladies, client and staff, are the best people you will ever meet. NOVO has helped me to push myself harder then I ever thought I could.
