Could not recommend Neha enough... I have been seeing Neha for individual therapy for most of this year. It was my first time going to therapy and I was a bit nervous, but Neha was very empathetic and patient with me, and gave me time and space to warm up to the process of therapy. She helped me be more aware of how I was feeling, and understand what I was struggling with.
