My own experience at this place is that place is a nightmare for everyone that works there.
Caution regarding hiring practices. Question whether they do adequate background checks. Superintendents may have shady past and business practices.
Quality
The Novo team was very clean and professional. Could not be more impressed with the job quality and how much cooler the house feels after the spray foam was installed. I will be using Novo again in the future.
