Neighborhood is fairly quiet outside of pool parties. Pretty peaceful. Most notable part is the maintenance staff, they are very helpful and responsive. Danny is the best, he takes the time to check and double check, explains what is going on, how he is going to fix it, and how to prevent it in the future (if possible like in the case of a drain issue). When communication is needed with the office or to coordinate outside help, his communication and care is top notch. It’s never a long long wait like other places.
Our outlets stopped working and Danny came in and switched them out. We had some good conversation while he was doing his work. Good guy!
Danny did an excellent job with the work order and was very kind and professional. Whenever there was an issue, he responded quickly and provided great service. We had also been unable to use the AC properly for several years, but he replaced it promptly, which has made a huge difference during the hot summer weather.
Great maintenance guy Danny always keeps my general property handled with care, he’s an amazing guy to have in our units.
