If you have children, I absolutely do not recommend the Novo Apartments in Rowland Heights. There are many residents who smoke marijuana. What is truly shocking is that parents smoke marijuana on their balconies without a shred of guilt, while their children play nearby—completely oblivious—inhaling the fumes. The management shows absolutely no concern. It seems their only mindset is to accept just about anyone as a tenant, as long as they collect the rent. Marijuana destroys the brain. Apartments are clean amd modern. The grounds are immaculate and beautifully landscaped. Staff is very helpful amd provides a lot of extra amenities.
Lived at novo for a year and a half. Justin the assistant property manager was SUCH A BLESSING ! Other than that parking is terrible but spacious living room.
Love the place and the wonderful management team led by Justin
