On 02/16/2026, we had a pick-up scheduled between 09:00–3:00 PM. The driver checked in at 12:00 PM, but it was during their lunch break. Loading started around 2:00 PM and was completed by 2:30 PM. We received the BOL. It was very fast—thank you to the team!
Blister pack is nearly impossible to open without breaking tablet! Instructions are printed on a piece of thin paper, folded many many times and difficult to open without tearing. Overall, product is poorly packaged for use by a senior person as myself (81). Back to the drawing board for novitium!!
