I'm midway through a wheelchair rental and just had to leave a review. This company and their staff are amazing. They are extremely helpful and friendly and I definitely recommend.
Receive item this condition. Looks like rubbish or 2nd hand. But I’m fully paid Who gonna happy item like that and responses super slow. And I didn’t give any permission pick up date then just suddenly come for pick up and drop shit situation even. I didn’t prepare item yet. And customer service said pick up next day but didn’t come. At the beginning totally this company fault sent shit condition package to customer then you guys need to look after customer intensively.

Customer service is exceptional. I bought my parents (long-haul truckers) the Starlock air cushions on the advice of the lovely customer service rep and product manager. The cushion absorbs the vibrations from long distance driving, and my father's back pain is drastically reduced in under a week. Thank you, Novis!
