As an occupational therapist, I genuinely enjoy working with the Novis Healthcare team, especially Dilara and Kerri! Their communication, efficiency, and follow-up are consistently outstanding. Novis team even went above and beyond to ensure a client received a replacement foam mattress for her air mattress during a power outage. They always go the extra mile! Highly recommend them.
I'm midway through a wheelchair rental and just had to leave a review. This company and their staff are amazing. They are extremely helpful and friendly and I definitely recommend.
Receive item this condition. Looks like rubbish or 2nd hand. But I’m fully paid Who gonna happy item like that and responses super slow. And I didn’t give any permission pick up date then just suddenly come for pick up and drop shit situation even. I didn’t prepare item yet. And customer service said pick up next day but didn’t come. At the beginning totally this company fault sent shit condition package to customer then you guys need to look after customer intensively.
