Totally rude lady. I called and she asked if this was a one time cleaning and I said it will depend on how well the service was. She got angry and told me that was an insult and she didn’t want to do it. How can anyone say a service will be ongoing till they say the finished product. Horrible customer service.

I worked with Novies a number of times and they always did a great job! Very flexible in working with a large number of rooms and having some things change last minute. They're quality of cleaning as well as quality of communication and how they conduct business was top notch!
