I’ve been going to Novi for over a year now. I drop in on my lunch break at the end of my week to decompress while receiving one of her organic facials. I’m always treated kindly and receive outstanding service. When I ask for skin care advice, Luana always provides me real feedback without trying to sell me. This trip is the highlight of my week. I can't recommend this place enough, you can feel the peace soon as you walk in. This spa is so beautiful and clean, but the best part is Luana and her magic hands, your skin will be very grateful after any service you get here. She is very professional, and super nice. Luana has created a calm and relaxing environment with her spa. It’s a beautiful establishment and you feel just as beautiful when you leave. She explains every step to you and doesn’t push extreme treatments like some spas do. Pricing is great but the services are better.
I had my first hydra facial with dermaplaning today with Luana and had a great and relaxing experience. I was specifically looking for a holistic and organic spa and she checks all the boxes! She is very knowledgeable and guides you in the right direction to best care for your skin type. I took advantage of her memberships offered and I am already looking forward to my next monthly facial. Im so excited to see how the results will transform my skin!
The best experience I have ever had getting a facial. I have never had such quick and healthy results with my skin!! Could not recommend Luana enough!
