Luana is the most attentive to detail and learns your skin making a conscious effort to make you feel your best. I can confidently say since coming to Novi my skin has transformed for the better. I look forward to my monthly facials as Novi is a little tranquil piece of heaven!!! And the glow is sooo real 🤩

Luana is phenomenal! I am a physician associate in dermatology, and have been consistently impressed with her knowledge, techniques, recommendations, and offerings. I originally found her while I was pregnant/ nursing my first baby, and looking for all organic facials and treatments. I have had the most positive experiences since then, and just started my membership now pregnant with my second baby :) Can’t recommend her enough!
