The young men were both extremely friendly and helpful with explaining what they planned to do during my appointment. They had their work cut out for them at our house as it had appeared to have never had the air ducts cleaned! They efficiently cleaned and sanitized the ducts leaving the house so fresh. I would recommend Novi Air Duct Service to anyone in need of air duct cleaning services.
I hired Novi Air Duct Service to clean my dryer vent, which they did a great job in doing. I then hired them to clean to my air ducts a couple months later. They did a thorough and awesome job. After they completed the work they showed me the actual tasks performed and explained/ answered any questions that I had. I even saw the before and after pics. I really appreciated their professionalism.

Fantastic. I have used this company several times for carpet cleaning and feel the attention to detail is better than any other company. I recently had my gutters and soffits cleaned as well and was shocked at how well everything turned out. I know that they job they did was top notch and no inch was missed. Cannot recommend enough.
Dan was so helpful in making arrangements and figuring pricing as well as explaining the technique and its advantages. The techs were on time the day of service and called when they were on the way. They were very careful in the house, respecting it as if it was their own. I would highly recommend Novi Air Duct Service!
