Novey's chipped my window while mowing in front of my home. I reported the chip the same day in early August and made several attempts to get resolution. In November the owner Paul Novey refused to back his service with this email: "I was the one mowing that area. I didn’t kick up a rock. I’m not assuming responsibility." Used their service the spring of 2015 for a yard clean up (leaves, dead grass, broken branches...Etc). The kid that came out did a decent job but it definitely wasn't as thorough as I would have liked. Gave them a call again this spring for the same deal and Mr. Novey set up an appointment for me.
