Couldn't be happier with my experience with this business. I'm pretty sure I called every tax preparer in town and Novey was one of the few that was even taking new clients, and of those, Novey was the only one who wasn't scheduling weeks out. Granted, this was not during regular tax season, but she actually got me in the very next day, and it took her less than an hour to get the job done. Cedar Rapids— we were referred to Carol by a friend this year. Wish we’d of gotten the referral two years ago when we moved here! Carol was amazing, she listened to our concerns, asked lots of questions and left us far better educated than the last firm we used. We very much look forward to years of working with Carol.
