Dr. Taves with Novera has given me my life back, and I am so incredibly grateful to him! On 10/24/23 a headache came on midday, and the headache never went away. After suffering from near constant migraines over the course of about a year, I found Novera headache center and decided to give it a try. This place absolutely just left me further traumatized and long term provided zero help. Do yourself a favor and read up about neuroplastic pain and read the books that actually help with it, that’s what cured my decades of headaches and migraines, not this place. And the books are nearly free while this place is not. I felt scammed by this place to by honest
I would highly recommend that you investigate this as a solution to your headaches. They have a great staff that have reduced the occurrence and severity of my headaches to almost nothing. This was achieved within 5 visits and some homework (stretching exercises) that maybe takes 20 min out of my day.
Novera Headache Center is absolutely wonderful!!! I did their virtual program as I live far away and it was just as informative and effective as I'm sure it would have been in person. Just as the website and many of their amazing podcast episodes say, they did in fact treat the source, not just the symptoms, of my headaches!! I was having many migraines and headaches a month.
