Avoid This Place at All Costs Novena Palms Motel is one of the worst stays I’ve ever had. • Bed squeaked and rattled all night – basically impossible to sleep. • PowerPoint was dangerously faulty, tripped the breaker, and fried one of my appliances. When I raised it, the response was: “first we’ve heard of it.” No apology, no fix, no care. Asked for some form of refund through the booking agent and got a big fat NO.
