9.14 No, you were not busy because every time after 1 pm was available for me to choose from. No, your system does not send a message because I have booked using this same program and never had a problem. Y'all knew you were not going to perform the service requested by me but you were too cowardly to call me and cancel it yourself then when I did come in, Lily offered for me to wait, knowing that I wouldn't.
