Unfortunately there are false fire alarms almost every week. Wakes me up in the middle of the night. The building is pretty new but the maintenance is bad. The main lift was broken and it took days to get fixed. I even saw a glass door broken next to the lift, it can be dangerous. That's sad.
Very modern apartment with a hidden gem: A fire alarm that will wake you up at 4AM every week.
Hard to deal with the alarm going off in the middle of the night. parcels are stolen from main lobby, when you ask for CCTV footage the building manager and real estate says you need to pay 800 to get access to it (????).
