I had Max as my bridal consultant and she was so kind and sweet. She knew exactly what I was looking for/had envisioned for a wedding dress. After a long day of dress shopping I was starting to feel defeated and thought Id just have to settled on a dress. I can’t even find the words to describe how incredible my experience was at Novelle! Krystal was beyond amazing and made today SO special for me and my guests from the moment we entered the beautiful space until we left. Every dress she put me in was gorgeous and she made me feel so beautiful from start to finish. They have an incredible selection and the most warm and welcoming atmosphere. I cannot recommend Krystal and Novelle enough! They are absolutely wonderful.
I had the pleasure of working with Krystal at Novelle to find my wedding dress, and she was absolutely lovely! She was so attentive and thoughtful, always asking if I wanted to see each dress paired with a veil and flowers so I could really get the full picture. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and special throughout the whole process. I’m so grateful for her help and kindness. Highly recommend!
