Just returned from a wedding here tonight and have nothing but positive things to say. Food was fantastic. The passed apps were all well done and plentiful and the charcuterie /cheese board was replenished frequently. Everything on the buffet was delicious. The salmon, filet and chicken all cooked perfectly. Staff was friendly. The venue itself had a beautiful outdoor and space. I can’t think of one negative thing to say. Well done!
I’m unsure if I have the vocabulary to fully emphasize the extraordinarily positive experience I have had while working with Bryce and his team at Novellas. He put some much time, attention, and effort into the prep of our wedding and more so the execution of our wedding. He was truly phenomenal! Food was super yummy, drinks did the job lol. Novella’s is hands down one of the best venues in the Hudson Valley for weddings and events.
