Dave Maranda and the Novella team rebuilt the stairs to our front door which front onto the street and are very public. Dave managed unusually tricky negotiations with the city, overcame delays due to supply chain problems, sourced railings for us and managed the project from start to finish in a collaborative and professional manner. He even came personally to the site to rake leaves and ensure a pristine final result! We were very happy with the service provided by Dave and his very friendly construction team. We wanted to extend our small concrete patio. Novella Outdoors was selected and offered a quote that was agreeable. They scheduled the work very quickly. The first day their 2 man crew prepared the area. They placed forms, dug out the area to the proper depth, added a gravel base and tamped it. They then added strong rebar which was drilled and tied into the existing concrete patio to ensure stability. They cleaned up the workspace. Went to see the Signature Shed myself this weekend as the brochure looked very interesting. Wow what a "shed" even this smallest model looked huge inside helped by the high roof line. It would be a great office or exercise room, you could even sleep in it! Loved the great finishes. Certainly considering for our own backyard

Working in the shed was an amazing experience. The space was compact yet its high ceiling and large windows made it feel very spacious. The large windows also made the space very bright and would probably continue to make it bright all year round even in the rainy seasons. The wooden interior is modern and stylish, functional yet relaxed. The work table faces the wall with a medium sized square window.
