Guards are great. Loaders are great. However, waiting 5 hrs on a paperwork issue is beyond ridiculous.

All they need to do now is get better nails that have a better head to remove since they like nail guns. Or set nail gun that leaves head exposed 1/4 inch. I've seen good companies accomplish that.
