I am absolutely appalled by how I was treated by this office. I had an appointment scheduled for four months, confirmed everything—including insurance—just last week. I was literally on my way to the appointment when I got a voicemail 30 minutes before saying the doctor “needed to reschedule” because I’m a “new patient and the doctor needed 60 minutes for my appointment.
