Updated rating- With our new property manager I had to update my review as she has done a great job at coming in and making sure things are being followed, work gets done fast, she’s very nice and easy to talk with, proactive, she has managed to fix our parking issues and doesn’t seem to do things out of spite like our previous manager Eric. The new manager Ellen at Novela has been absolutely wonderful. Taking care of so many things making the apartment feel so nice.
I have moved here recently , and so far it has been delightful. There’s always going to be issues that sometimes have nothing to do with the place or the people but rather the situations at hand. The Manager Is there to help in any way he can, it would be helpful for him to have a on site assistant, that way the after hours can be something that the in site assistant could help, from towing issues , to parking disputes , to so many more things . I felt safe at Novela, and it’s affordable. The property manager, Eric, is excellent, patient, professional, and a refreshing change from the poor apartment management I’ve experienced before
I want to keep this brief, but our experience here has become incredibly frustrating. Management has now admitted that they tow vehicles to pressure tenants to move out, and they have no idea which cars actually belong here. The parking situation can be a nightmare, though it's slightly better now with so many people having moved out. Unfortunately, we've seen many residents leave after facing similar issues, and I wish more of them had left reviews to share their experiences.
