Re uploading because my 1 star got hidden by management. The office manager Karen is willing to take holding deposit money and not answer the phone for 5 business days. We passed the application. However after 5 business days and 28+ unanswered calls later, we decided to cancel our holding deposit because we had still NOT RECEIVED THE LEASE for the apartment we had been approved of for a week, and were supposed to be moving in less than two weeks later. Karen the office manager is willing to take our holding deposit money, but not willing to answer the phone for a week while we are unable to access the leasing agreement while trying to move to Washington from California. Called over 28 times in the course of 5 days and every single call is sent to voicemail. Would not recommend trying to lease from this apartment complex

Updated rating- With our new property manager I had to update my review as she has done a great job at coming in and making sure things are being followed, work gets done fast, she’s very nice and easy to talk with, proactive, she has managed to fix our parking issues and doesn’t seem to do things out of spite like our previous manager Eric.
