The best spot. The owners do an incredible job of not just making great beer/having great cocktails & wine offerings but they also partner with some awesome food trucks & local creators. And beyond that, this is a business that truly fosters and builds a sense of community. We have met some of our closest friends in Denver at Novel Strand, and have taken some amaing workshops there. I'm candidly writing this in response to another reviewer who left 1 star for not being able to use one of Novel Strands picnic tables without making a purchase. I too am a neighbor. And a customer. And a friend. It matters to me that Novel Strand not only thrives as a business but I also support them in standing up for themselves. I live nearby and, foolishly, assumed that sitting at one of their many empty outdoor picnic tables for a few minutes might be treated with a degree of human normalcy. Instead, someone emerged to condescendingly inform me that I needed to purchase something to sit there. Not warmly. Not with the faintest gesture toward service.
