Love the Francis! Everyone has been so professional. Amenities are top notch. I want to shout out Katherine at concierge. She is so delightful and kind every time I interact with her. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone
Catherine from the Concierge does an outstanding job! She is incredibly kind, helpful, and personable. She has taken the time to get to know me, and is always is bubbly and adds a positive light to my day. She is hardworking and goes the extra mile to make sure all residents are happy. Whenever I need something or have a question, I seek her out because of how dependable she is. The Francis would not be the same without her- she adds so much to this place and I am so grateful she works here!
I have never felt so unsafe in a building that promises “luxury living.” In August 2025, I experienced an aggressive incident with a maintenance supervisor that was so alarming two staff members had to physically intervene to stop him from escalating further. While I haven’t personally been assaulted, I did see the footage of a supervisor attacking a resident. The look in their eyes projected so much fear and aggression that it was chilling. Out of concern, I ran my own multi-state background check on staff — and what I found was alarming.
