Went here for their grand opening party last week. The ribbon cutting ceremony was presented by our Illinois Comptroller Susana Mendoza. Level Office is the 94th fastest growing company in the country. With their headquarters in Chicago, this is their 4th location. The location is conveniently located in the River North Area. What a great co-working space! They have small and large office areas for rent. Modern offices, meeting rooms and a large kitchen area make this a perfect place for your co-working needs

We have had nothing but the best experience, with our time at Novel Coworking River North. Between all the amenities, professional feel, private office pricing and building management, our needs have always been met. Kyle is always on top of any requests. We started with a 6 month lease and extended to a 2 year lease because of how happy we are here. We have no plans of leaving!! I recommend Novel to anyone looking for office space!

We found Novel Co-working when hunting for an office for our growing small business. Compared to its competitors we found that Novel was the best bang for our buck. Shortly after moving we made the decision to expand our team, and Novel was able to offer another office that suited our needs. Kristin the community manager is a rockstar! She is always available and we get the vibe that she actually cares about the tenants. And on that note, the other tenants are great. I used Desk Pass to test out multiple co-working places in Chicago. After visiting a few places, I picked Novel for a permanent location. It seemed to be the best for price, amenities, vibe, and culture. I was very happy I made this choice. I love working there. The staff and other co-workers are all friendly. I love Novel Coworking of River North. It has a professional feel with a modern look. The Novel Coworking team is open and available when you need something. Kyle is amazing a responds as quickly as possible to any questions or concerns. My neighbors are also very friendly and overall, it feels like a community.
