Novel, in Jacksonville, FL, double charged me for my first month and will not refund the difference to me! I was told it would be applied to future months, but I need the money NOW and need to terminate my agreement due to the extreme economic situation I am facing! There is NO indication of any flexibility at all!
According to current situation with virus it is very strange that they send all employee to work from home and limited their working time to an hour a day, but all other people who rent - they keep in office and do not want to terminate contracts without 30 days notification. If it is so safe, why own employee work from home 90% of their working time? 😡
