They never had a community manager on site. They don’t follow proper procedures for package delivery. I had to wait an hour because a community manager left my package in her office, instead of leaving it in the mailroom where it belongs. Then she lied and said that it was in her office because she had to sign for it! I had an amazing experience at this office space! The service is top-notch and super easy to navigate. Hanna is such a delightful person—friendly and always ready to help. Gil More, the community manager, is simply fantastic. He made my move-in process incredibly smooth and was flexible at every turn.
