Customer service is incredible! They received the prescription from my doctor Friday after hours. They contacted me Monday morning to arrange for fulfillment and delivery. Julietta walked me through the process very patiently. Shipped Monday, at my door Tuesday. The pricing was also much less than my previous pharmacy. They deserve ten stars! We will be long term customers.
I was told the medication was ready and to come over , when I showed up I had to wait outside in the rain until someone finally answered and then the medication wasnt ready and I was told to wait. I also found the same medication at a much lower price ..
Wow, what a great compounding pharmacy. These people are SO helpful and SO genuinely kind. I needed an emergency steroid made for my Sphinx cat that is pretty sick right now and my vet and their compounders we not helpful at all. They were going to let my cat wait out up to 5 days without getting medicine to help him eat and drink. After making a lot of calls I found Novel. They talked to me and did EVERYTHING they could to get me what I needed for my cat just a few hours before they closed. On top of that they were SO kind.... read more
If you're looking for a KILLER pharmacy, NOVEL COMPOUNDING in Sylmar should be you're ONLY choice! Not only are the people working there amazing, they overnighted me my prescription when I desperately needed it the next day. Call no one else if you need a great pharmacy with fantastic people!!!
This pharmacy makes it so easy. Once they had my payment info, prescription, and information, getting refills is so easy. They text me with refill reminders and offer to schedule later days for refills if needed. I've used next day delivery and the quickness and ease is impressive. I appreciate the ease and convenience as I use them for depression/migraine medication, so having them right there at my fingertips is nice. Thanks Julietta, German, and staff!
