Giving 2 stars, just for Nicole. I appreciated her empathy & willingness to listen. However, I can never get anybody on the phone when I call the office. For months, I’d receive $0 invoices in the patient portal but 6 months later, I’m learning that I owe the practice over $1,000. Co-pays are to be expected, but had I known I’d end up paying this much in hindsight, I could’ve made better-informed financial decisions about my care. My family sees everyone at the office and we cannot say enough good things about them. They have helped my family (myself, wife, and kids) tremendously.
Before i came to novatu i had tried three other therapist who were very unsuccessful at making me feel like i was getting any sort of therapeutic treatment or support. once i came to see nicole, it took me a while but i was actually able to open and express myself. I never once felt uncomfortable or like i had to share, and also felt heard and understood. I’ve been going to Novatu for over a year now and love it. The providers go above and beyond to create a safe and comfortable environment for anyone that comes through the door. The therapists offer compassion and genuinely care for their clients well-being. Highly recommend for anyone seeking support!
