I would never buy a car here! For me most car dealerships are the same, what makes them different are the people working there. A few months ago when we were trying to decide between the toyota highlander and the Honda Pilot we went to this dealership. We stood there for over twenty minutes just waiting for someone to help us. We even tried to flag someone down. Nothing. novato toyota shares personal info.. Horrible experience me and my wife filled out a app for a loan on a new car its been weeks and we still haven't heard from anyone from Novato Toyota to say we were approved or not?and now since we filled out the app we are getting calls from creditors and collection agencys?car dealers are not supposed to share personal info to anyone but lenders banks etc..if you want your personal info safe I would not apply for a loan at Novato Toyota.
just bought our 3rd vehicle from them! great sales approach, low hassle, always remember me, and amazing service dept. I have now purchased two new vehicles from Novato Toyota (2000 Tundra, 2004 Sienna) and - as of a couple of days ago- my first used car from them (2001 Landcruiser). Excellent sales process- zero slippery stuff and 100% honest negotiation. I wish they were all like this! :-)
