I needed a dirt devil vacuum cleaner belt and the staff were so nice. He searched through the belts and broke open a package of 2 and compared my broken belt to that one and said "this one will work." He sold me one instead of having me but the package of 2. I got home it works great! Vacuum cleaner saved for $4!!! I appreciate stores like this that are still in business.

Unwise to have machines serviced there. Brought vacuum in on Friday. Owner informed it would be ready Monday. Highly disorganized and distracted, he was unable to locate my device when I returned - searched the entire excessively cluttered store until finally found. Difficult and dangerous to navigate aisles - accidents waiting to happen. Furthermore, he did not service it, providing a dubious excuse instead.
