They were professional and polite. Their rates were acceptable. I put lockbox so they showed up and cleaned up. Window was special size and looks great. I would use them again.
BEWARE: Before you consider Novato Glass - Consider This: I contacted Novato Glass bc I needed replacement of 2 large double paned door windows. So, someone came to measure, which happened to be the owner of NG, Rick, I paid a deposit on the job by phone, and two weeks later when the technician came to install the glass, he informed me : 1) only one pane, instead pf 2 were ordered and 2) the measurement/ size was incorrect.
