Dr. Carmen Wong is an exceptional podiatric surgeon who truly embodies what compassionate patient care should look like. From the very first visit, she makes you feel comfortable, heard, and respected. She takes the time to thoroughly explain diagnoses and treatment options in a way that is easy to understand, never rushing through appointments and always ensuring every question is answered.
I brought my daughter to see Dr. Wong at the office and loved the experience. From the friendly office staff to my pleasant interaction with Dr Wong- I was impressed with everything. My daughter was very nervous going into the appointment, but Dr Wong was able to talk to her calmly and reassure her that everything would be okay. If you’re looking for a provider that answers all your questions and concerns, is friendly, and professional then come to this office!
The doctors are very nice but they aren’t very tech savvy in the office. I was told the email of one of the staff was her personal email even though it was her work email, and I was not supposed to use it. I’m told I have to call to ask anything or make an appointment, but I travel a lot and calling is not always an option. I was told two days ago my prescription for a toenail fungus would be sent to Costco, it’s still not there. It’s like they’re stuck in The 80s regarding communication
I brought my 15-year-old autistic son to Dr. Carmen Wong at Novato Podiatry and, unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Dr. Wong showed little patience or understanding when my son didn’t respond like a typical patient, and at one point left the room for 20 minutes to see another patient. During his ingrown toenail procedure, she offered no supportive or kind words, which made it more stressful for him.
