If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is not trustworthy at all. We have been chasing them for a couple of years now for an outstanding invoice, to no avail. Emailed, called, messaged and no one ever gets back to me. Make sure you get your money before sending anything to them. Not impressed.

Rochelle from Novatek has a Bad Reputation in the Market - She Does not pay her suppliers !! As you can see from other people here in the same situation. Well you can run but you cant Hide !! Did a bit of research with people in the area and Rochelle is a partner of Masta Fencers !! They are at the same address too So if she scams you with non payment just reach her at her other company !!!

This company doesn't pay there bills, let alone answer their phone cash up front only

Will not be dealing with this company again. If you're brave enough to, I recommend waiting for the payment to clear in ones account before completing any work. A lesson we learnt the hard way, 2 outstanding invoices later with no effort from their end to resolve. Very Poor.
