Everything from start to finish was easy, fast and efficient. I had problems with residential network cable drops. Novatek Electrique was quick to return my web enquiry, and answered my questions. As they promised. Followed up with me by phone to schedule someone coming by to visually check the problem, and then quickly corrected the issue. I never felt left hanging, or in the position I had to chase. What they said is what was done. So nice to deal with a business that actually says what they will do, and do it. These guys are great! My LED chandelier stopped working after a power outage and everyone assumed it was the transformer that blew up but JC and Dom came down and uncovered the issue had more to do with the "dimmer" than the transformer and saved me a lot of money having to deal with ordering/replacing the transformer. Not just that but they were very professional, made things easy for me to understand and were very courteous throughout. I will definitely be calling them from now on for any electricity issues. Thanks fellas!

JC and Alex were outstanding—professional, efficient, and meticulous. They installed 10 new recessed lights, replaced 7 existing fixtures, set up two Wi‑Fi access points (running Ethernet cables from the basement to the mezzanine), and added a new outlet in the garage. Though some drywall cuts were necessary for the ethernet cable work, they kept holes to an absolute minimum. Top‑quality work all around—highly recommend!
