Unfortunately, I experienced issues after the installation and had difficulty reaching Sam for follow-up support. The air conditioner is not heating or cooling properly due to poor connections, and it has developed a leak. A Daikin service technician confirmed that the problems stem from the installation.

Great friendly staff, with good prices. They were open, honest and professional and were able to provide many options to fix our aircon system. Would highly recommend them for any aircon issues, our ducted works like a charm!
