Their employee's are some of the rudest people I have ever talked to in my life. Incompetent, rude, ignorant I could go on. They seem to think they know what they are talking about when they don't. I asked the man from Novasom who called me with an attitude his name and he refused! What kind of business is yall running?
Recently our PCP sent us to you for the purpose of a sleep study. During the initial consultation our insurance was verified and a date to ship the kit was sent. We were to be back home to meet the kit on Dec 31st 2019 but were delayed due to the death of my father on Christmas morning and the funeral that followed. Horrible test. Breathing device is absolutely awful. It was so uncomfortable that after an hour and half of trying to sleep it took it off. Company tech services said it could be used vertically on the upper lip. Yeah good luck with that. Tried it again second night but gave up. Find another test. This one isn’t recommended.
