Such a great experience from start to finish! The moment you walk in, the atmosphere is so calm and welcoming — it smells amazing and the space is beautifully designed. Everything felt very professional and thorough, and my massage therapist was incredibly sweet. She made me feel comfortable throughout the entire lymphatic drainage massage and regularly checked in to make sure I was okay. Novaskyn Spa is truly a gem! The staff is incredibly friendly, kind, and welcoming, making the entire experience so relaxing and enjoyable. From the moment I walked in, I felt taken care of and pampered. The treatments are amazing! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for top-quality care and a rejuvenating experience!
I love this place, is next to the metro Charlevoix, there’s BIXI station, parking around so is very easy the access, they give you a delicious tea, the girls are super professional and they have magic hands , I got the best sculpt massage! Thank you girls. I’ll be back definitely.
I had a great experience with my post-surgery massage, staff is very attentive and they fulfilled all my needs, they are really recommended for post surgical massages, they have great staff and nice equipment.
I've been going here for post-op care. The staff is so kind and reassuring. Very skilled therapists who have made my recovery so much easier. Can't recommend Novaskyn enough!
