NOVA seems to have an issue recruiting compassionate, decent, empathetic individuals in their staff. Please see attached screenshots of only some of the expressions one of the RN at their facility, Roger Byrd has shared on Threads. Based on the comments left by a member of their staff online, I wouldn't trust this facility.
This is the kind of compassionate care you can expect at your facility? The person that was murdered was helping a women up. This leads me to believe that your employee Roger Byrd is not compassionate and should not be working with people or animals for that matter in a care position DO BETTER. I'm warning my family that lives near you.
I want to know the ptrf twice most of the staff there like to antagonize the kids there including me it got to the point where I got tired of it and they would like to restrain people but mostly out of anger and they would hurt the kids and then it would get to the point where me and other people will get tired of it and will get physical I would not recommend that place it is really bad then they try to lie and cover it up and act like they didn't do anything wrong or try to blame it on the kid and say the kids did somethin... read more
My cousin Chania came here and she was abused! It was awful, they made her want to hurt herself and there was lack of supervision and support. They smoked weed and picked favorites. When the kids had to be restrained, they would hurt them bad enough to break a nose and leave nasty bruises. The floors are moldy and nasty and the food is disgusting, offering no alternative for kids. One of the staff had a sexual relationship with a little boy! She even helped him escape the facility!
