This is the worst drug company I have deal with. i had a faulty Ritalin LA 20mg (some capsules were broken open). I tried to ask the pharmacy to replace it, and was told that the company refused to do replacement on S8 items and the pharmacy refused to give a replacement as Novartis refuse to replace a faulty product and legislation prevented the pharmacy to dispense another one bottle, so the child will have 2 days missing dose.
