Nobody knows what they are doing. One person tells you one thing another says we can’t do that and wastes a lot of time. Delays in treatment. They tell my my medication is coming then realize they can’t read something on the new script but instead of calling they wait a week for the medication to not come and me to call looking for it, then they tell me. I have never dealt with more incompetent people in my life. I was approved for assistance with my medication a couple months ago and still have not received it. The pharmacy is still trying to figure out how to mail my medication to a P.O. Box. I was so frustrated with Novartis I requested to speak to management. A person got on the phone and kept apologizing. He said he would request shipment immediately via FedEx for delivery last week. I still have not received any medication. Do not do business with these clowns. Every month my medication is late and every month I have to call 4-5 times to find out where it is and wait on hold for a hour each time. Get your medication through another provider who knows how to provide medication
