On May 13th I had an appointment with Nancy James, NP and was told I would get a follow-up call to schedule a colonoscopy. That never happened, so I went to Atrium. Last week they removed a precancerous tubular adenoma with high grade dysplasia features, which a pathologist (who specializes in Gastrointestinal pathology) told me is rarely as small as 5mm (when it has high grade dysplasia features). Would I have cancer by the time Novant called me for a colonoscopy or would they just never call (I'm 45)?
