I had a disappointing experience at this clinic during my recent annual exam. Unfortunately, several issues throughout the visit made the experience feel disorganized and frustrating. At check-in, I was informed there was a problem with my insurance, which should not have occurred. While the issue was ultimately resolved, it would have been much more considerate and efficient for the clinic to contact me beforehand.
