I tried to get a second opinion so I called to schedule an apt. They refused to schedule the apt without first getting the records from my first neurology apt. I tried to explain to them that the 1st neurologist didn't do anything other than examine me. The hospital performed some tests and collected blood which I could get records for but I didn't see the neurologist until after getting d/c'd. I was seen by Dr. Hema R Gajula at the beginning of January. She requested an MRI. I had my MRI 4 days ago and still haven’t received results. I called the office to inquire. The front desk staff was rude and said they would not have a doctor in the office for at least a week. Then they told me they would not tell me the results until they had a doctor in the office.
