Absolutely horrible customer support from the front desk. The attitude used with snide marks made in a cheerful voice are enough to make you never want to step in there again.
My experience was the best! The entire process from checking in and filling out my forms to the actual MRI was seamless and more importantly extremely clear. My technician Alexandria was the best. She made sure I was comfortable. I am claustrophobic, but she made sure I felt safe by adjusting my neck pillow. She checked in with me midway and reassured me I was doing great! At a time that is so challenging, Camille went above and beyond to help me get things straightened out with my insurance pre-authorization. She is such a kind and professional person. When the call started I was nervous and by the time we hung up I felt nothing but peace. Best experience in getting a walk-in xray test. Highly recommend for patients in need of radiology services in the northern virginia area. The team at reception and radiologist were both nice.
Alex and Israel were super helpful and made my process smooth and easy! Very friendly staff overall and explained everything to me very well!
