I'm a process server, I literally serve subpoena for records, none of the front desk people EVER want to give their name when I serve? I need the name so the judge and attorney know I'm not just throwing them away or just to make sure all records are correct, these ladies at the desk can say I never gave ot to them amd they never want to actually take them from me. I was called at 7:55 am when my appointment was at 9:00 pm ! On Saturday …!!! I was told that they have a lot of cancellations and wanted me to go there earlier but I declined that. I also asked if I will have to cover any payments but the lady who called me said NO nothing that I will be paying and my insurance would covers everything, surprisingly I was asked to pay $403 when I arrived to my appointment!!! Misconduct, misrepresentation and dishonesty.
Had 2 MRIs this morning- Alexandra was the very best technician! Kind, patient and knowledgeable - the front desk staff was also awesome!
The front desk sergeant on the imaging-side should not be in a customer service role let alone in a Health services position.. Rude, condescending and wouldn't even look up as she shoved a tablet in my direction? Taking my business elsewhere!!! It explains why the parking lot is empty and Fairfax Radiology full!
