I cannot say enough wonderful things about Miss Alexandria at UVA Imaging. From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to make both me and my young child feel completely at ease. This morning, I had my first appointment at this office for a CT scan and MRI. I was welcomed by Camille, the front-desk receptionist who was friendly, warm and knowledgeable in her position. There is nothing better than being greeted for an early morning appointment by a warm and helpful receptionist, and Camille checks ALL the boxes; what a delight!!! Excellent care and stall was wonderful! Flexible scheduling and hours are convenient! Front desk staff Camille Naz was so professional, helpful, and accommodating. For a busy center, my wait time was quick and the center was very efficient!
Update: Another positive experience today! I was scheduled for an MRI, and Mercedez was working at the front desk. She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Even though she was busy, she took time to answer my questions. Jason was the MRI technician. He guided me through the process and made me feel very comfortable.
