I met with the nurse practitioner this morning at the Haymarket location and it was a frustrating and very unhelpful experience. Since she told me that I was not understanding her and instead of using empathy or seeking to understand the disconnect, she told me we were not a good match and to find a different provider. This was my second time at the facility. I saw my doctor with little wait time but waited an hour and a half for blood labs. I eventually called the front desk and found out the staff was out at lunch and forgot about me. I was instead sent to a different lab in the hospital and was done within a few minutes.

Our family has been going to UVAHealth bull run family medical for years. We cannot express enough how professional, knowledgeable, and thorough the doctors are in this practice. Nurses and front desk staff are top notch as well. We are so grateful to have such excellent healthcare in our area.
