I would like to share my recent experience regarding my appointment. I was called in about 20 minutes after my scheduled time. After the nurse completed my measurements and questions, I was asked to wait for the doctor in the room. The doctor came in 25 minutes later. Dr Christopher Kim is the most unprofessional doctor I’ve ever met. I had my one year old son with me seeking care. I also am a remote worker and looked at my phone a couple times. He refused me care mid session stating I was disrespectful and proceeded to debate with me and talk down to me like a child. Zero empathy, or bedside manner. Dr. Sifford endangers patients I am a patient of Kara Sifford in Haymarket. She prescribed Losartan and Atorvastatin which have been keeping my blood pressure at a healthy level for years. When I do not take the medication, my blood pressure is dangerously high. Dr. Sifford's office has informed me that they will not be writing any life saving Losartan or Atorvastatin prescriptions until I come in for an appointment despite the prescriptions being on my current medications list. I've been coming here for several years and have no issues with the services provided. But twice they have failed to follow up with me for appointment requests, even after acknowledging receipt of such. I have been left waiting a half hour after my initial exam for a nurse to take blood. One time they called me, put me on hold, and I never heard back. No idea what that was about. Time to find a new provider.
I don’t get the negative reviews personally. I’ve been seeing Dr. Siford and no complaint. Very accommodating when it comes to scheduling, the reception is respectful and informative.
