Front desk staff was reliable and efficient. Very friendly.
Always a good time. Seriously people are very pleasant and caring. The hospital? I'll die first, the tecs and nurses all good. The tecs in my opinion are the unsung heroes.
When you are sick, you should be able to get an appointment. I've been going here for many years - long before they were affiliated with any hospital, or even had an office in Haymarket. The last 3 times I've needed a sick appointment I've been offered an appointment DAYS later. This is ridiculous, and unacceptable. I love the doctor's and don't want to leave the practice, but may be forced to due to lack of available appointments.
Been going here for a few months, Dr. B is collaborative, kind and supportive. She’s direct without being rude, the nurses are friendly & patient, very clean & tidy, wait times vary, never waited longer than 30 minutes but it is a primary care facility so manage expectations. The office staff are generally polite but again, manage expectations. I had an urgent issue & Dr. B was out of the office, spoke with Sergio who took care of everything within 24 hours, it was refreshing!
