When you are sick, you should be able to get an appointment. I've been going here for many years - long before they were affiliated with any hospital, or even had an office in Haymarket. The last 3 times I've needed a sick appointment I've been offered an appointment DAYS later. This is ridiculous, and unacceptable. I love the doctor's and don't want to leave the practice, but may be forced to due to lack of available appointments.
Been going here for a few months, Dr. B is collaborative, kind and supportive. She’s direct without being rude, the nurses are friendly & patient, very clean & tidy, wait times vary, never waited longer than 30 minutes but it is a primary care facility so manage expectations. The office staff are generally polite but again, manage expectations. I had an urgent issue & Dr. B was out of the office, spoke with Sergio who took care of everything within 24 hours, it was refreshing!

I have several interactions and visits to this facility so I can give a pretty good review of all those things which are repeatedly occurring: The Good: Nice clean facility, experienced staff. NP Nakawala is the best, she is patient, detailed and experienced. I keep returning just because of her. The Not So Good: The phone answering staff goes through a long list of mostly unnecessary questions like confirming the address, email, phone number, every time you call, so there is no short call to them for scheduling or changing ... read more
