I’ve started coming here in September and Dr. Kochhar is AMAZING. She is so helpful and treats me/talks to me like we’ve know each other for years. She makes me feel so comfortable and answers every question I have. The front desk (I’ve only spoke to the same person twice) is so genuine. I like to make appointments early in the morning and when I walk in to let them know I have arrived I get a polite and welcoming “Good Morning”. I love it here!
ER visit: When we want to get a child tested for something and we refuse another. The Nurse was starting to be hostile with me and I was really mad ?? because what he there to give quality care not start give me attitude .. I came in for strep test. I did not want a covid test. I did not have to go down the rabbit hole as to why. SINCE WHEN do we test for flue with a covid test. Also its my choice as parent to make that decision, when I had streep at inova they never tested me for covid why are you pushing it on parents also... read more

Please be aware of this place!! I’m not sure if this is a normal procedure but I had a terrible experience. Also, this was my first time at this facility and first time at encountering this issue with a PCP. I went for my preventative care appointment but came out with a health maintenance appointment to which I was not aware of. I made sure Dr.Kochhar was covered under tier 1 and it was within network. Lazy nurses who won't answer a simple question or show you how to use the needle they prescribe unless you make a separate future appointment. No matter how badly you need the medicine. They can't be bothered to spare 1 minute to explain it - even after the doctor said they would. Receptionists are stoic, unfriendly and if you ask a question or request a nurse, they treat you like a criminal.
