I was first with Jennifer Stanley and now with Dr. Tang, probably more than ten years now. At this point, I have nothing negative to say about this office. I receive the care I always expect to receive and that is just fine with me. It's true they cannot meet everyone's expectations but I ❤️ this place.
They are asking come early for the appointment but always wait more than 30 minutes. Service and treatment? Same level of service you can get anywhere. The only reason to come here because my children have seen doctor here for more than 10 years.
I recently switched and started seeing Dr. Melaku as my PCP. So far, he has been exceptional. He is personable, shows care, does not rush through, answers all the questions carefully, provides needed medication, and also recommends ways to be healthy without medicine. After stumbling around to find a good PCP in Gainesville, I might have found the right doctor for me.
I’ve had Dr.Tang for 6 years now and have had nothing but good experiences there. Those 1 star comments on billing issues - the employees there are not responsible for that. The person in the lab is always pleasant to talk to. The front staff seemed hurried so I don’t know if they are understaffed or just don’t want to be there but Dr Tangs service has been exceptional.
