Staff was professional, pleasant and friendly. The procedure was efficient. My rating has to do with the delays between check-in and procedure. Checked in around 8:30 and procedure was not started until around 11:00. I considered this delay was beyond normal and I was not informed of the delay and reason until I asked. Should have been informed as soon as the delay was known.
