Dr. Murray is so compassionate and thorough. She is transparent and genuine. I love having her as my primary care physician.
I have gone to Sun Valley Family Physicians for several years, but the last few visits have been awful! Miscoding lab work and creating an $800 LabCorp bill for the same bloodwork done a year prior for the same labs, with a $0 balance! Then, messed up on notes for a referral to an ultrasound appointment. Marking something was on my neck, but it was on my head, and now the referring doctor can't do what's needed because the notes are wrong. LOVE this office🩵 Dr Murray my PCP is so kind & really listens to your concerns. James Robson & his assistant were very helpful with my visit today & fixed me right up! The staff got me in same day, no wait & were super friendly! Can not recommend this team enough
Very unhappy with this practice. I've been switched doctors twice. They show no care or concern, they do not know how to adjust my medications, they say they want to get me off my medications but provide no advice how to do that. It's difficult to get an appointment. In December I was terribly ill, called to get an appointment for that day and was told no appt.
