The building did not have an inviting feel to it. Signage/direction was not clear. Service was functional/adequate but no “warm fuzzies” …….business only.
I had an appointment scheduled for today at 2:45 PM. The GPS location on Google Maps was incorrect, and directed me to a Marathon gas station near the Novant Health office. Because of this issue, I arrived late to my appointment. I had to manually update the GPS location myself by submitting a request through Google Maps so other patients do not have their appointments cancelled like mine.
