Great customer service.
This pharmacy is worse than Walgreens. They are really slow. There no such thing as STAT. Depending who is working in the back, you could be there 30-45 minutes waiting on a prescription that should be ready. And it’s not the pharmacy’s fault but the new insurance plans don’t cover nothing you need.
They are friendly for the most part. However, this pharmacy has severe communication issues. My prescriptions are never ready when I arrive for pickup, regardless of if it was requested two days or a week prior. I don't think they start filling my prescriptions until I am there to pick up. Also, if you choose to pick up at the 17th Street kiosk, there are no text notifications sent, so you have to play guessing games about whether your order is actually there. Whoever is in charge here has no business running a pharmacy. Only come here if you have lots of free time to deal with the constant issues that youll inevitably have with your prescriptions from this place.
